Liability and Wavier Agreement




By registering for the Basketball Training Program at BHA, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:





Participation and Conduct:





Players are expected to participate fully in all training sessions and demonstrate respectful behavior towards coaches, staff, and fellow participants.





Failure to adhere to the code of conduct may result in suspension or removal from the program without a refund.





Health and Safety:





I confirm that the player is physically fit and has no medical conditions that would prevent participation in high-intensity physical activities.





I understand that participation in basketball training involves physical activity that may result in injury. BHA is not liable for any injuries sustained during the program.

Liability Waiver:

I release and hold harmless BHA, its staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the training program.
Fees and Payments:





Program fees must be paid in full or according to the agreed payment schedule. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in suspension from the program.





Fees are non-refundable except in cases where BHA cancels the program.
Media Release:





I grant permission for BHA to use photos or videos of the player for promotional purposes, including social media and marketing materials.





Cancellations and Refunds:





BHA reserves the right to cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or facility issues). Rescheduled sessions will be offered, but no refunds will be issued.





By signing up for the program, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
